Week 5
This week I have noticed some changes in my body specially in my abs, My abs are playing peek a boo and I am so excited because I can say proudly that I have two little boys and I look better then I was in High School. I hope that when this journey is over I will have really nice abs. This week my goal is to continue working my arms, abs, legs and eat more and more. I am also doing another challenge journey with my husband, the program is TAPOUT XT. I am enjoying the pain and burn with this new program.
