Week four...

This week was a crazy week, had my two sons sick. I had to deal with lot of throwing ups, fevers and doctors appointments. I even got sick with sore throat and asthma, but now we all feel better. I have to confess the this week I couldn’t work out at all, I even feel a little disappoint with myself, since I started the journey I haven’t been able to gain muscle weight and haven’t notice any change in my body. I can only say that I got better with my push up but that’s all. This week I have planned to work out hard, and continue with my schedule and eat much more. Well let’s see how this 5th week ends!

My second week...

I can say that this week wasnt my best week, instead of gaining weight lost 2lbs.,that mean I need to eat more and more, like I said before having to kids, taking care of the house and  running a business is not easy. I dont have time for myself, just when I go to the worxs. But I did follow my schedule and work on one of my goals (to do more push ups). I downloaded an app in my iphone that keeps tracks and hepls to be better with pushups. Now this week Im going to try to post and eat more!

Well finally the week is over and completed:

  I have try to follow my coach`s instructions for my nutrition plan, and trust me eating 5 to 6 times a day is been a challenge just because I have a one and three year old that are a hands full, but seeing other people trying hard to be healthy (Worx and Facebook) it always remind me that I am not the only trying hard here.

Let me tell you guys that before I used to workout by myself and got it say that I am so happy I sign up with the Worx, because is the ME TIME no cleaning, no cooking or having my two sons interrupting I love my family and taking care of them don’t take me wrong but Finally I found a place that makes me feel like the old me with a little bit of soreness.

My goal for this week is to post more often and get better with the push up, my arms need those work outs!!!
